About the organization

At Kry health center Osby, along with the associated health clinic, Kry health center Lönsboda, we have BVC, nurse reception, laboratory, diabetes, and heart failure teams. We have also had a midwifery clinic and sexology clinic for 1.5 years, as well as dietitians, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, in addition to the usual professions within primary care that manage our patients. Currently, we have nearly 7,000 listed patients who choose our care, managed by about 25 dedicated and competent employees. We have a very good work environment at the health center with satisfied employees who provide good care and receive satisfied patients in return. Working with us means teamwork at its best! About the role

You will have a central role as a nurse in the usual tasks at the clinic where you will have the opportunity to meet many different patients. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of the journey to develop and change primary care. The health center places great importance on working closely with patients, with continuity and with a focus on achieving the best possible care in collaboration between different professions.

You will handle patients who seek us physically, via phone, or digitally, whether acute or planned, together with your colleagues at our two units. Being a nurse at a health center involves many different types of tasks, including assessing patients both via phone and in the clinic.

Working with us means that you will serve at both units according to a schedule.

Qualifications & characteristics

• Licensed nurse

• Experience in Swedish healthcare.

• Experience in Swedish primary care is highly meritorious.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are meritorious.

• Good technical skills.

• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first.

• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.

• You thrive in a role where you are encouraged to take initiative.

• You are attentive and have good service skills, both towards your colleagues and patients.
